In this 45-minute session, Jill Greenbaum, Ed.D, will guide us to quiet the mind, spark creativity, and feel grounded—one mindful stroke at a time.

No artistic experience needed—just bring a few basic materials and a willingness to explore.


Materials to bring:

• 3.5" square of cardstock or file card (cut to size)

• No. 2 pencil• Micron pen (01 or fine point, permanent ink)

• Tortillon or smudger

She’s a Certified Zentangle Teacher who has taught this relaxing, creative, meditative method in inner-city public schools, at conferences, libraries, in corporate settings, nonprofit settings, art schools, senior residential settings, and private fundraisers.
