About the event

Tap Into What You Know: EFT Tapping

How often do you second-guess yourself—even when a part of you already knows?

In a world filled with opinions, expectations, and endless information, it can be easy to look outside ourselves for reassurance or direction. Self-Trust asks us to pause long enough to notice what’s happening within.

In this HitRefresh Practice Circle, we'll explore EFT Tapping as a simple way to quiet some of the mental noise, settle the nervous system, and create space to listen inward.

Through gentle tapping and guided reflection, we'll explore the thoughts, feelings, and beliefs that can get in the way of trusting ourselves—and practice making room for a different possibility.

You don't need to have the answer.

You don't need to feel completely certain.

You simply need to be willing to pause, notice, and listen.

What to Expect

👆 Tap & Settle

Learn or revisit the basics of EFT Tapping as a simple practice for bringing your attention into the present moment.

🧠 Notice the Noise

Bring curiosity to the thoughts, doubts, and inner chatter that can make it harder to hear your own knowing.

💛 Reconnect With Yourself

Use tapping and guided reflection to create space for your own thoughts, feelings, and inner signals.

✨ Practice Self-Trust

Explore what it feels like to shift from questioning yourself toward listening to and trusting your own experience.

No prior experience with EFT Tapping is needed. Just bring yourself, an open mind, and a little curiosity about what you already know. Zoom: https://bit.ly/3WoN6PT
