About the event
Quiet Patterns, Clear Mind: A Zentangle Practice
With pen on paper, Zentangle invites us to settle the mind and let structured patterns unfold — one stroke at a time.
In this HitRefresh Practice Circle, we’ll slow down and reconnect with the quiet coherence that emerges through simple, mindful creation.
Zentangle is an easy-to-learn, relaxing, and enjoyable method of creating beautiful images using repeating patterns. As dots, lines, and curves begin to connect, something surprising happens: the mind quiets, focus returns, and a sense of calm clarity begins to emerge.
In this 45-minute session, Jill Greenbaum, Ed.D., will guide us through a gentle drawing practice that sparks creativity and helps us reconnect with presence, rhythm, and flow.
What to Expect:
🌀 Tap into Flow: Discover how simple marks like dots, lines, and curves can unlock a deeper creative rhythm.
🧘 Find Stillness in the Stroke: Experience how mindful drawing fosters calm, focus, and inner peace.
🎨 Create with Confidence: Leave with a unique piece of art—and the tools to keep practicing anytime you need a reset.
