About the event

Go with Nature’s Flow: The Triple WellBeing Way

Led by Holly Everett, Director of Community at ThoughtBox

In this restorative HitRefresh session,

Holly Everett will guide us through an Earth-Care practice from the Triple WellBeing® framework:

an invitation to remember that we are part of many ecosystems, not separate from them.

Triple WellBeing teaches that personal, interpersonal, and

ecological well-being are not isolated domains

but interdependent systems that shape how we live, learn, and lead.

And the same is true for our workplaces:

when we feel connected to ourselves, to each other, and to the living world,

we show up with a greater capacity to adapt to the changing world around us.

This session gently expands the frame of wellbeing beyond the individual to the larger web of life that sustains us.

By reconnecting with the natural ecosystems around us,

we strengthen the inner adaptability we rely on in moments of rapid change, uncertainty, and workplace complexity.

Because when the ecosystems we depend on are healthy,

inside us, between us, and around us,

we become more resilient, more attuned, and more grounded leaders of our own lives.
