About the event
Enough as you Are: A Grounding Practice
Join us for a gentle, grounding meditation led by Lakshmi Ramaseshan.
This practice is an invitation to trust what you already know to be true—
that you are worthy, that you belong, and that you have enough within you to meet this moment.
Through guided reflection and presence, we'll practice grounding into Dignity, Belonging, and Sufficiency,
so you can move through work and life from a place of steadiness rather than self-doubt.
What to Expect:
This practice will help you:
💎 Ground in Dignity
Reconnect with the truth that your worth is inherent—not something to prove, earn, or perform
🤝 Root in Belonging
Settle into the knowing that you don't have to shape-shift to belong; you already do, as you are
🌱 Rest in Sufficiency
Trust that what you have—your judgment, your effort, your presence—is enough for what's in front of you
Our hope is that you leave feeling more anchored in yourself:
trusting your own ground, even when things around you are uncertain.
No Prior Meditation Experience Needed - You will benefit from a quiet place where you can settle in as we guide you through this practice. Zoom: https://bit.ly/3WoN6PT
