Join us in this HitRefresh Practice Circle, for an energizing Breath & Fire practice exploring the Air Element—a force of movement, expansion, possibility, and aliveness.


Guided by Michelle Hillier, this embodied experience combines breath and movement to help you release what feels heavy, reconnect with your inner vitality, and awaken the energy that is ready to rise within you.


In a world that often pulls us away from ourselves, this practice offers an invitation to come back—to your breath, your body, and the part of you that is already alive and waiting to be expressed.

What to Expect

We’ll move through three simple experiential resets:

About Michelle Hillier


Michelle Hillier is the founder of Breath & Fire, a dynamic approach to well-being that blends breathwork, movement, and mindfulness. A lifelong educator, TEDx speaker, and published author, Michelle has spent over two decades inspiring transformation through large-scale presentations, workshops, and personal coaching—touching the lives of millions.


Her work is deeply rooted in her own healing journey. As a certified Recovery Coach, breath and meditation teacher, and dance/movement specialist, Michelle brings compassion, creativity, and embodied wisdom to every experience she leads. She also teaches in the B.Ed. program at Ontario Tech University, where she developed and now teaches a pioneering course on Teacher Wellness.


Michelle’s mission is to create spaces for people to reconnect with themselves and reignite their inner spark—what she calls their Breath & Fire.
