About the event
Breath and Fire Practice with the Water Element
Join us for a gentle, flowing Breath & Fire practice where breath and movement meet the wisdom of water—
adaptable, responsive, and resilient.
Guided by Michelle Hillier, this embodied practice invites you to
soften effort, move with awareness, and explore adaptability not as force… but as flow.
What to Expect
🌊 Move with Fluidity
Explore movement that helps the body and mind adapt with ease.
💧 Restore & Renew
Use breath to release tension, replenish energy, and reconnect with your natural rhythm.
🤝 Flow Together
Practice in community—supported, grounded, and connected.
Come as you are—no experience needed.
This is a space to breathe, move, and remember: adaptability doesn’t always mean pushing forward.
Sometimes, it means flowing around what’s in the way.
Let’s meet the season with presence, fluidity, and grace.
