DBS
Cultivating Self-Worth, Presence, and Abundance.
What is it?
DBS stands for Dignity, Belonging and Sufficiency. It is a self-love practice where we connect with our own power, so we can show up in our best form in work and in life.
It reminds us of our:
-
Dignity: We are inherently worthy of esteem and respect
-
Belonging: We can take up space and belong in this space. We can choose to invite people into our space
-
Sufficiency: We are enough. We have enough. We have enough on it's way
What are the Benefits?
Increased Self Awareness - Develop greater awareness of how you are showing up in work and life, by looking inward. Stand in your dignity, belong to yourself fiercely and know that you are enough.
Self Efficacy - Develop a belief in your ability to accomplish your goals and navigate situations effectively.
