Hello, I am Anjali

I am the Founding Principal of PPL Coach, a boutique coaching and consulting practice dedicated to helping people and organizations navigate inflection points—those moments when what worked before isn’t quite enough, and the next way hasn’t fully emerged.
 

I believe inflection points are opportunities to expand our Human Edge—the uniquely human capacities that allow us to navigate uncertainty, create possibility, connect meaningfully, and grow into what’s next. And when we expand our Human Edge, we create greater possibility not only for ourselves, but for the people and systems around us.
 

That belief is what led me to co-found HitRefresh. Through this community, I create spaces and experiences that help us slow down, reconnect with ourselves and one another, and cultivate the wisdom, well-being, and human capacities we need to thrive in an increasingly noisy and complex world.
